Add the project's custom property as an option​

The report compares existing time entries and expenses with the budget.

Budget can be:​

  • Calculated using estimated values from tasks and budgeted expenses
  • Retrieved from the custom property of the project.

The first option is always present. The second option requires some adjustments. To enable it, you need to add a code budget_total to the project's custom property in the fo_custom_properties table.

Steps:​

  • Go to adminer
  • Go to the fo_object_types table
  • Find object_type_id for a project
  • Go to the fo_custom_properties table
  • Search all custom properties for the project object type using object_type_id for project
  • Find the custom property that needs to be used as budget total and add a code budget_total
