Screen reference​

Projects are central to EVX Software. A project acts as a container for work, financial planning, billing, documents, tasks, time, expenses, reporting, and permissions.

What you can do​

  • Create projects from the Project dimension.
  • Capture client, billing clients, contract stage, rate schedule, project type, project manager, and custom project fields.
  • Use projects to connect tasks, documents, emails, expenses, invoices, and reports.
  • Use project properties to support dashboards, lists, exports, and financial calculations.

Environmental consulting example​

A project might represent a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, remediation oversight engagement, annual compliance monitoring program, or permitting project.
