User management

Screen reference

User management includes adding, editing, deactivating, and maintaining users.

What you can do

  • Create users with the appropriate role.
  • Review loaded default permissions before saving.
  • Update user details when responsibilities change.
  • Deactivate users who no longer need access.
  • Preserve historical work by deactivating instead of deleting where appropriate.

Environmental consulting example

When a field technician leaves the firm, deactivate the user so historical tasks and time entries remain traceable.
