EVX Software安装程序
The installer is a wizard that checks your system and sets up your EVX Software installation in a simple 4 step procedure.
第一步
Step 1 is simply a welcome screen. It tells you what the installer is going to do. To proceed, click the “Next” button.
第二步
In step 2 the installer checks your web server environment regarding
- the PHP version installed (must be version 5.x)
- some necessary PHP extensions
- the access rights of some directories within the EVX Software installation folder
If there are any problems the installer will tell you what to do about them. Solve the problem indicated, go back to the installer and hit Retry to check again. If you get only green messages as shown in the screenshot below then everything is fine. Click the “Next” button to proceed.
第三步
In step 3 you enter the parameters of the MySQL database where EVX Software will store its data.
IMPORTANT:
- Whenever possible select InnoDB as a database engine.
- If you did not create a database for your EVX Software installation before, the installer will try to create one for you, using the user and password you enter here. However, if this user has not enough rights to create new databases you have to do this manually using your preferred database administration tool, i.e. phpMyAdmin.
第四步
Step 4 is just to tell you what happened during the installation process and that everything is fine (hopefully). Click the “Finish” button to quit the installer.
创建管理员用户
Right after the installer quits you are prompted to create a user account with administration privileges for your new EVX Software installation.
IMPORTANT: Please write down the username and the password of this account and store it in a safe place. Without this information you won't be able to log into your EVX Software installation!
This is a one-time procedure. To create more user accounts (including additional administrator accounts) you can use the administration panel within EVX Software.
The company name you enter here is the so called owner company of your EVX Software installation. This can be an organisation or simply a group of people as well. You can change this information later if needed.
